Privacy
A founder assessment is sensitive behavioral information. This page describes exactly what we collect, why, and who can reach it.

What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, language preference), your answers to assessment questions, the scores and analysis derived from them, and standard technical logs needed to operate the service securely.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your individual answers to train third-party models.
Who can see your report
By default, only you. An organization can see a report only when it commissioned that specific assessment for you, or when you explicitly share it. Sharing can be withdrawn at any time.
Organizations never receive your raw answers. They receive the derived scores, the analysis and the report. Access is enforced at the database level, not only in the interface.
Retention and deletion
Results remain valid for one year and are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated assessment data at any time; deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
